How much I miss the times when we were more respected as an employee. A few years ago, the world economy was much more stable and in my opinion was because the functions of the employees of these companies were more defined and the owners of these companies earned just enough money and had more values and principles.
However for the past few years, we can see that by the lack of values and principles the world economy is in shambles. This has created a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction in people. When your looking for a job, in addition to having to work the hours and days that companies impose you, if you do not have the features of a smartphone, automatically you’re fired. “Multitasking….The last word”.
One of the things that most impressed me when I started looking for job was the thousand tasks I had to do and earning a minimum payment. What disrespect we live today, doing the work of three for the payment of one person and in many cases have to get another job to pay all bills.
Hey world, I’m not a Smartphone, I am a person who has a family and a life, how not to be frustrated? if I’m giving away moments of my life to make others rich. The old phrase ”work hard and and go forth ahead” does not work today and I’m not saying with this that we should not work hard, but I whether I can say that in big corporations work hard does not mean you’re going to get ahead (Unless you have a lever).
What we are experiencing today is a real injustice, which is why, we see more people stealing, killing others, bitter, depressed, not wanting to continue living. How can we fix this problem? First of all when companies respect us as employees, giving everyone a fair task that corresponds to the job. For example, if I am a secretary, why do I have to clean the bathroom at the office or if I’m the person in charge of caring about children why do I have to clean the house?.
If governments today really cared about its citizens and deepen the problem of what is happening in big corporations, would realize that might have more jobs and better pay, of course, many would cease to being richest. What is your opinion?
